What is DatumXpress?
DatumXpress is an artificially intelligent system of templates and dashboard experience that seamlessly integrate your data into QuickBooks.
How does it work?
Download a template from the Template Library, fill it in with your information, and push it through the dashboard. If you made an error, the error validation process will identify the problem.
I’m an accountant supporting multiple companies. Can I sign into multiple accounts?
Yes! DatumXpress is designed to support unlimited company accounts. Our pricing scale calculates the exact users and company profiles that you need so that you only pay for the licenses you use.
How does pricing work?
Our base pricing is $25 / month for 1 QuickBooks company and up to 3 users. From there, you can add on additional users and companies with a fee.
Do I need to use the templates?
Yes! The templates artificially intelligent and built to sync to QuickBooks’ back-end.
What templates are in the template library?
We have two types of templates:
- Type 1 (which are Client Information Templates)and are used to set up each new client data. These include: Chart of Accounts,Classes, Customers, Employees, Locations, Products & Services, Vendors.These get uploaded first.
- Type 2 (which are Bills, Payments, and InvoicesTemplates), can be uploaded once all Type 1 file data has been included. These include: Bank Statements, Bills, Bill Payments, Checks, Credit Card Charges,Credit Card Credits, Credit Memos, Deposits, Estimates, Expenses, Invoices, Journal Entries, Purchase Orders, Purchases – Cash, Receive Payments, RefundReceipts, Sales Receipts, Transfers, Time Activities, Vendor Credits.
- The Salesforce integration template is coming soon.
What countries does this work for?
This software is compatible with all countries who use QuickBooks.
What languages does this work for?
Currently, it is in English. We are in the process of translating the experience into Spanish.
What is the difference between a Tier 1 and Tier 2 template?
Type 1 are client information templates that are used to set-up first time clients in QuickBooks. Type 1 files have to be sent through the dashboard before type 2 files.
Does this integrate with Salesforce?
Yes, by April 2023, users will be able to integrate their data with Salesforce.
